Red Light Therapy Bed

Lie back and let clinical-grade LED do the work. Red and near-infrared light at therapeutic wavelengths — stimulating collagen, supporting cellular repair and leaving skin visibly clearer.

Light as medicine — not a metaphor

Red light therapy uses two specific wavelength bands — red (630–660nm) and near-infrared (810–850nm) — delivered by clinical-grade LEDs across the full length of the bed. Your cells absorb this light and use it to produce more ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy currency that powers cellular repair, collagen synthesis and tissue recovery.

This is not UV. There is no tanning, no heat damage, no ionising radiation. It is a well-studied, non-invasive wavelength of light that your body already responds to — the bed simply delivers it at a therapeutic dose, consistently.

What it can support

Beyond skin and cellular repair, emerging research is exploring red and near-infrared light for sleep, mood and mental wellbeing — an area we’re watching closely.

Your 25-minute session

Lie on the bed and let the lights do the work. The bed delivers full-body coverage from above and below. Protective eyewear is always provided. You do nothing — no exertion, no discomfort. Most people find it deeply relaxing; many members describe it as the most restful session in the studio.

Best used after infrared sauna — heat opens circulation, light supports repair. The two together are a member-favourite recovery stack.

Red light therapy, answered

Where can I get red light therapy in Brisbane?
Right here in Chermside — inside Chermside Health Hub, Level 1, 621 Gympie Rd — a full-body red light therapy bed serving Brisbane’s northside, including Aspley, Lutwyche, Stafford and the surrounding suburbs. Clinical-grade red and near-infrared light, full-body coverage, 25 minutes, with easy parking. A short drive from across Brisbane North.
Is this infrared and LED light therapy?
Yes — the bed delivers both red and near-infrared LED light therapy at therapeutic wavelengths (630–660nm red and 810–850nm near-infrared). If you’ve searched for infrared light therapy or LED light therapy in Brisbane, this is it: full-body, clinical-grade, and just 25 minutes, here in Chermside on Brisbane’s northside.
Is it safe?
Yes — red and near-infrared light is non-UV and non-thermal at these wavelengths. It does not tan, burn or damage skin. The technology has been widely studied across dermatology, sports science and clinical recovery research. Protective eyewear is always provided as a precaution.
What will I feel?
A gentle warmth, and a sense of deep relaxation. Most people feel very little during the session itself — it is passive and quiet. Afterward, many report feeling calm, clear-headed and rested.
How often should I use it?
3–5 sessions per week is where most research shows consistent benefit for both skin and recovery. Restore and Radiate memberships include red light therapy unlimited, which makes building that frequency easy without paying per-session.
How soon will I see results?
Skin changes — firmness, clarity, reduction in fine lines — typically become visible after 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Recovery and inflammation benefits are often felt sooner, sometimes within the first few sessions.
Who should avoid it?
Those with photosensitive conditions or taking medications that increase light sensitivity should check with their doctor before booking. Protective eyewear is always provided and must be worn during the session.

Repair from the inside out.

Single sessions from A$47, or included unlimited in Restore and Radiate memberships.
