Good to know
Founding Membership,
answered
When can I start using my membership?
From the day you join. Chermside is open as usual until Friday 23 October, we're closed 24 to 27 October for the move, and Stafford opens on Wednesday 28 October at 2/17 Wolverhampton Street.
I'm already a member. Can I switch?
Yes. Current members can switch to the Founding Membership. Your six-month minimum starts on the day you switch. Ask our team at the desk or email us and we'll move you over.
How do I get the complimentary Evolve-X session?
It goes to the first 15 Founding Members by time of sign-up. If you're one of them, our team will be in touch to book it.
How do I add the Founding Evolve-X pack?
You'll see the option straight after you join. It's available at sign-up only, one pack per member, paid in full.
How does bring-a-friend work?
Once a month, contact our team to book your friend in for a free session: their choice of two services, up to one hour. Guest sessions are booked directly with our team, not through the app or website.
What happens after six months?
Your membership continues week to week at $70, for as long as you stay. After the minimum term you can cancel with 7 days' written notice. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the standard Restore rate.
