Three modalities, one purpose — releasing what your body is holding. Remedial, deep tissue, and hot stone massage, each suited to different needs and different bodies.

Not every body needs the same touch. A chronic postural pattern needs a different approach than a training-heavy week or a nervous system that simply needs to slow down. Our massage therapist will guide you toward the right modality — or you can choose based on what your body is telling you right now.
Remedial massage works on the cause of pain, not just the symptom. Your therapist assesses the affected area and applies targeted techniques — trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work — to restore normal tissue function, reduce referred pain and improve range of movement.
Deep tissue massage uses deliberate, unhurried strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It’s not about applying more force — it’s about working slowly enough that the tissue actually releases rather than bracing against pressure. The result is lasting softness rather than surface-level relief.
Deep tissue work is effective but demanding on the body — you may feel some tenderness in the day or two after your session as tissue responds. This is normal and typically resolves with hydration and rest.
Smooth basalt stones heated to a precise temperature are placed on key areas of the body and used as massage tools. The heat penetrates muscle tissue faster and deeper than hands alone, allowing for meaningful release without intense pressure — making it ideal for clients who carry tension but find firm work too much.
Deeply warming, calm and restorative. 60 minutes leaves you rested; 90 minutes is a full reset.
