Before your 1st Visit...

 1 - Forms

You’ll receive a short online intake form and waiver via email after booking. This helps us tailor your session safely and effectively — it only takes 2 minutes and lets you walk in ready to begin.

 2 - Clothing hydration

Drink 500–750ml of water about 60–90 minutes before your session. This supports circulation, lymphatic flow, and sweat response. Our sessions work best with breathable, non-restrictive clothing that allows infrared and vacuum technology to do its job. Preferably wear or bring items with minimal synthetics

3 - Early arrival

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your booking. This allows time for orientation, clothing adjustments, and a calm transition into your session.

 1 - You...

From the moment you’re welcomed into Flow Physique, our focus is on guiding you — not overwhelming you. One of our trained team members will walk you through your session, explain how the equipment works, and ensure you're fully comfortable. You'll never be left guessing, and you won’t be rushed.

 2 - Your time...

This is your time. Our sessions are designed to be calm, supported, and non-performative — your body gets to do the work without pressure. If at any point something feels too intense or unfamiliar, just let us know. We’re here to adjust and support, not push.

3 - Your space!

We encourage you to leave your phone on silent and treat this time as a reset — for your body, and your mind. You’ve carved out time for yourself — this is your space, now let your body absorb every bit of it.

After...

 1 - Remain...

Try not to rush back into your day. Your body has just done some deep work — take a moment to sit, breathe, and feel the shift. Even a few quiet minutes can help your nervous system lock in the benefits of your session.

2 - Replenish...

Hydration is key — but not just water alone. Support your recovery with mineral-rich fluids like electrolytes or trace salt water to assist cellular repair, circulation, and natural detoxification. Follow it up with a wholesome meal when you can — your body will absorb nutrients more efficiently post-session.

3 - Reschedule!

Loved it? Your body likely did too. Don’t forget to schedule your next session and lock in your reset. Consistency is key to deeper results — and your next “you time” is only a click away.
